I was wondering how residents are feeling about Toll's response to their homes'damage from Fay? Do you think there are any patterns or trends here that other homeowners need to be made aware off? Your feedback, please.

We had some water damage in our garage area, Ravello model. Since we submitted our form we have had the drywall people out to cut out the ruined drywall on the ceiling. Mike came by and gave us the run down on the timing for the rest of the work to be done. It sounded reasonable for what was needed to be accomplished. Barring any more torrential rains or hurricanes, it should be finished in the next few weeks. I understand that there are 5 Ravellos with the same issue.

Did any of the owners of the Agora Model have problems related to Fay?

We had some cracks on the exterior stucco and a little water leaked under the garage door. Otherwise, we were fine. Maybe we overlooked some damage that could be hard to detect.

The Toll Brothers team fixed the water drainage issues between our property. It took a few attempts at fixing our neighbor's damaged irrigation system, but they did fix it.

We are frustrated about the poor grout in the ancillary bathrooms. It is dark in color and has a few gaps where there is not grout. We ordered Artic White, which Mike Manditch of Toll Brothers says "has grey undertones" -ha ha ! Our grout seems very dark, not white- But , maybe we can settle this dispute without too much arm wrestling. So far, the honey approach didn't do a thing- LOL

We asked Toll Brothers not to prioritize us, since our problems are not urgent compared to the problems that others face.

I'd be interested in any feed back about the Agora, thanks in advance for any feedback.
