We have been engaged to assist in the recruitment of a Chief Technology Officer for a recognized leader in the development and commercialization of CAD technology. Founded in 1993, the company is privately owned and venture-backed. The company is located in the Silicon Valley, CA.
As the company moves beyond its core strength in mammography to a multi-modality platform, the CTO will be the primary driver of the company's R&D activities. The successful candidate will have experience in R&D related to medical imaging systems and hardware and/or software applications. Multi-modality experience is highly valued. An advanced degree in computer science, physics or engineering is ideal, an M.D. or M.B.A. degree desirable. The ideal candidate will be an acknowledged technical leader and strategist in the field of imaging science and an experienced team leader. Given your knowledge of the professional community and the talent therein, I would value any suggestions you might have regarding individuals who possess the requisite competencies, experience and leadership attributes to succeed in this role. |
