The following home inspector has been recommended to me. His name is Paul Bowker and his company is called AmreiSpec Home Inpection Service. His office # is 321-752-0811 and his website is www.amerispec.net/bowker. He is located in Melbourne. I know several homeowners have had recent inspections and there are others considering it.

I just had A1 Home inspections come to my house and the problems that they found are very serious. From fire hazards to dozens of code violations. Their number is 321 2530781. I urge EVERYBODY to get an inspection and let's go after THEM together. it's our only chance to get something done. I am also contacting as we speak the State Attorney 's office, FEMA,( if it's found that the county doesn't respect the codes fema can refuse to step in and helpin case of disaster. Did you know that?) and The county building department.
Very upset...Paola

Just out of curiosity, how much does it usually cost to have one of these inspections done? I've had a few leaks in my home, one of which might have been caused by a water-based caulk breaking down due to all the rain. They replaced it with a polyurethane-based caulk, which leaves me wondering why that wasn't done to begin with.

I have a Ravello and the price was $ 550.00. I understand you a Bergamo which is a little smaller, so I think you can do it for 500 or less.
