We had a serious problem with our modem from brighthouse shutting down many times a day. After 4 service calls, I found out from other neighbors that it was a problem for many of their customers in our neighborhood. They came out and did some extensive work in the big boxes at the entrance and in my home and the problem seemed fixed. Then today it started happening again! Anyone else?? |

Yes, Maureen. We have experienced similar problems. In addition, we had trouble completing phone calls. Our line would be opem with a dial tone but when we tried to "dial" a number the call simply would not go through.Earlier, we also had problems getting our television to come on without repeated attempts. This seems a bit like deja vu, doesn't it? |
