Urgent - Home Inspections regarding Jacuzzi access panel

We are scheduled to have the Jacuzzi access panel done on Friday of this week. Has anyone who has had a home inspection done had this checked by the inspector? If so, what were his/her comments? I am still very concerned about water leaking in, pests, etc.
