Secunia PSI 3.0 has many known performance problems, use version 2.0 (PSI2Setup.exe) until they are resolved.
The msxml4 DLLs were in use by IIS, but I removed them due to security issue reported by PSI.
Keeping the DLLs here just in case they are still necessary.
